My whole life I was the chubby, loud, weird black girl who didn't know how to trust people because I started getting raped and molested at the age of 4 years old. For years I tried to change myself in order to be accepted by the masses. I was the ultimate people pleaser never once including myself in the pleasing. I was even labeled bipolar, with severe anxiety, depression, and multiple personality disorder at one time because I was living so far outside myself. I turned to sex, drugs, the streets, and any form of rebellion I could muster. Guess what none of it worked. I still hated myself and my depression was so bad that I was suicidal for 14 years straight. One day I realized that I really needed to change or else I would loose my kids. For the past 6 years I have been on the path of self discovery, self love, and complete healing. My transformation is astonishing, and I want to help other people with all the information and techniques I have gathered up until this point. I want to help you WIN! So let's chat. During your "Mirror Work Consultation" We will get to explore the things that are troubling you, look at different perspectives and then create a plan of action to help you succeed!
